Customer Requirements:
The city's new development zone's main road intersection needs to build a landmark outdoor advertising screen for brand advertising and municipal information release. The project requires the screen to maintain stable operation in extreme environments (average daily temperature of 45°C + sandstorms), support remote time-divided advertising management, and meet local religious and cultural norms (such as automatic dimming during Ramadan).
Project Challenge:
Extreme Climate: Annual sandstorms ≥ 60 days, sand penetration leads to PCB corrosion risk;
Strong Light Interference: The ambient illumination at noon reaches 120,000 lux, and the visibility of conventional screens drops sharply;
Power Fluctuations: The mains voltage fluctuation range is ±25% (180V-260V);
Culturally Sensitive Period: During Ramadan, the brightness needs to be reduced by 50% at night, and flickering content is prohibited;
Difficult Maintenance: The screen is 18 meters above the ground, and the hoisting cost is as high as $5000/time.

Special Screen Design:
- Use outdoor OD Series waterproof screen, high pixel density balances viewing distance and cost;
- IP65 protection box + multi-layer dustproof maze structure, blocking sand particles <50μm;
- Special dust-repellent coating is loaded on the surface to reduce dust adhesion.

Optical Performance Enhancement:
- 10,000cd/㎡ ultra-high brightness ensures visibility under strong light;
- Equipped with an intelligent photosensitivity system, it automatically executes the Ramadan brightness strategy in conjunction with the astronomical clock;
- Adopts HDR 10 technology to improve the contrast of backlit scenes.

Power and Control Systems:
- Built-in wide voltage power supply module (adaptive);
- Deploy dual power supply + diesel generator backup, switch within 10 seconds after power failure;
- Cloud management platform supports time-sharing advertising (such as the exclusive time period of 22:00-04:00 during Ramadan).

Innovation of Maintenance System:
- Front and Rear Maintenance Design: One person can complete module replacement through the back channel of the screen;
- Predictive Maintenance: Current/temperature sensors provide real-time warnings, with a fault location accuracy of 95%;
- Key components use military-grade three-proof paint, with a salt spray corrosion resistance level of ≥96h.

Project Summary
This project successfully implemented a double-sided giant outdoor advertising screen in the extreme climate zone of the Middle East. Through special protection design, intelligent light adaptation system and culturally sensitive content management, it overcame core problems such as sand and dust erosion, strong light invisible, power fluctuations, and high-altitude maintenance. After the screen was put into operation, it became a benchmark for regional advertising benefits, maintaining an attendance rate of 99.6% in an environment with an average daily temperature of 43°C and frequent sand and dust, verifying the reliability of customized outdoor LED solutions.
